Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping and what options are available?
All domestic orders (UK) orders are £2.00 which are shipped via Royal Mail. (1-3 Business days).
International Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail at either £8.60 for Tracked (and Signed) Tracking IS NOT GUARANTEED or at £3.60 for Standard Untracked shipping. (May take up to 4-6 weeks)
We cannot take responsibility for post that becomes lost, please contact your local post office should this situation arise.
WE ARE NOT responsible for customs fees and will not provide refunds or payment to cover any fees. We cannot control what your country chooses to do.
We also do not set shipping fees. That is calculated by ROYAL MAIL and is beyond our control.
I haven't received my package, where is it?
PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FIRST!
Once the package is with Royal Mail (Postal Service) we no longer have any control over the package. Tracked Shipping is an option for international orders, so please follow the progress there.
There may have been an issue in the provided address or for some reason the post is holding onto it or may have delivered it to the wrong place.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it as long as shipping fee is covered.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I refund my pin/cancel my order?
You have 1 business day to cancel as orders are usually packed the day after they were placed. Otherwise we do not refund orders.
We DO NOT accept exchanges
If the item was damaged please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and images of the damage for further inquiries.
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items for orders placed in the U.K. We are not currently accepting returns on orders from outside the U.K
To make a return, please email email@example.com with your name, order number, the item/s requested to be returned and the reason for the return. Return requests must be received within 30 days of the package delivery date.
Postage fees for the original purchase are non-refundable and we do not cover postage fees for any returns.
Where you have ordered the wrong item or the wrong size, we can exchange items provided you send them back unworn and unwashed.
We cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on earrings, undergarments or swim wear.
